We want you to experience complete satisfaction with our products and service. That's why we believe you have every right to inspect your product, and if needed, request a replacement.
If any issues arise, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for electronic items and 14 days for other items. If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +92 (326) 457 0000 so we can take prompt action.
We offer a 14-day checking warranty for products that do not have a company warranty. However, for products that do have a company warranty, the 14-day checking warranty from Maximolifestyle.pk does not apply. Replacements can take up to 3-5 days after the product is inspected by our team.
DELIVERY TIME:
1. After your order is placed, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you for order confirmation, and then the order will be processed.
2. Delivery is completed within 48 hours nationwide, and within 24 hours in Lahore from the confirmation time. You can also opt for self-pickup from our office at:
1st Floor, Plaza No. 10, Commercial Broadway, Paragon City, Lahore.
3. You can inquire about the status of your order via WhatsApp at +92 (326) 457 0000.
4. The average delivery time (after dispatch) is 1 working day for Lahore and 2 to 3 working days for other major cities. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
5. Please ensure that you are available on the provided contact number for timely delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
PKR 200/- standard delivery charges apply for all orders.
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number for easy tracking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. For prepaid orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cash on delivery orders, cancellations can be made during call confirmation or via our automated system through SMS, Robo call, or our website.
3. Once the order is “in process”, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days depending on the bank and payment processor used for the order.
