1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. However, during busy seasons like holidays or special sales, there may be occasional delays in processing and shipping.
2. What are your shipping charges?

Free Shipping: On orders over Rs. 3000/-.
Delivery Fee: For orders below Rs. 3000/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 220/- will be applied.
3. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return/exchange policy for all online sales.
Conditions: The product must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags attached or uncut.
Refunds: Refunds are typically processed within 4 working days via IBFT. In some cases, refunds may take up to 6 working days.
4. How accurate are your Colors?

Please note that the colors displayed on our website may slightly vary from the actual product due to differences in monitor calibrations, screen settings, and lighting conditions. We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
5. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation: To cancel an online order, please email us at support@maximolifestyle.pk within 2 hours of placing your order.
After 2 hours: Cancellation may not be possible as processing begins quickly.
